You've got to feel sorry for WrestleMania 36.

Drew vs. Brock, Becky vs. Shayna, Edge coming out of retirement - it was all set to go down at this year's show of show. And then the world turned upside down.

The you-know-what-virus might have taken the pomp and glory of this year's 'Mania from us, but we will not be broken. Because we have the WWE Network and a now-unlimited supply of free time.

Whilst you're staying inside (because you should be staying inside), why not treat yourself and relive some of the best endings in WrestleMania history? The moments that made us go "wow", "gasp", and whatever noise people make when somebody cashes in Money in the Bank.

The following closing angles have gone down as some of the best in the history of wrestling. Some made us smile, some made us cry, and they all made us remember why we fell in love with this crazy business in the first place.

Every good story needs a good ending and some of these endings are way better than the stories they were telling. So fire up the Network and let us be your guide to these fantastic finales.

It's not like you have anything better to do.

10. WrestleMania XII

The feud between Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart was far more than just a wrestling storyline.

The two men hated each other in real life, but somehow managed to put that aside to produce some quality wrestling.

A year and a half before their infamous showdown in Montreal, The Hitman and The Showstopper stepped into the ring at WrestleMania XII for the first ever hour-long Iron Man match.

Whilst the bout might have dragged a bit (OK, more than a bit), it was still an incredible display of physical endurance and conditioning.

When the bell rang at sixty minutes, neither man had managed to pin the other. So it went to sudden death.

In this dramatic overtime period, HBK overcame exhaustion to hit an emphatic Sweet Chin Music on Bret to pin him for the one-two-three.

This was Michaels' first WrestleMania main event and his first ever world championship victory. Seeing the future legend capture the title for the first time ever truly was a sight to behold and the fact that it came after a gruelling hour-long match made it all the more special.

Boyhood dream indeed.
