10 Best WWE Wrestler Win/Loss Records Of 2016
1. Braun Strowman (W19 - L6 - D0)
Perhaps Braun Strowman's position at number one shouldn't come as a huge surprise, but given that his push has only been going on for six months, it's still jarring to see him finish above the likes of Roman Reigns. At this point, Strowman is one of the most consistently pushed wrestlers in WWE: he's clearly being positioned as the company's next big monster, and he's been hugely successful in the ring.
Braun won 76% of his matches. His "losses" either came as part of multi-man man matches, or via shenanigans. Braun's only singles defeats were a DQ loss to Big Show back in February, and Sami Zayn's bizarre win for surviving at ten-minute time limit at Roadbloack: End Of The Line. Simply put, Braun Strowman is a wrecking ball, and it won't be long before he's in the Universal Title picture.
WWE know how to build a convincing monster, and that's exactly what they're doing with Braun. He's still green, but Strowman is really starting to get over with the crowd, and he looks more and more threatening with every passing week. The company have done a tremendous job in booking him strongly, and Strowman continues to improve on a weekly basis.
Who'll be the one to finally pin Strowman cleanly? "Roman Reigns" is almost certainly the correct answer, and there are strong suggestions that the duo will tangle at WrestleMania 33. Here's hoping WWE can find a way to pull it off without sacrificing Strowman's beastly aura, because it'd be a terrible thing to waste.
