10 Big Concerns Heading Into WWE Clash Of Champions 2020
9. More ThunderDome Gaffes
It's been over a month since WWE introduced fans to its new ThunderDome set-up and there is absolutely no disputing that it has enhanced WWE programming. Aside from the fact that it was just nice to see Raw, SmackDown and the company's PPVs emanate from a large arena once again, the inclusion of a virtual audience gave it back that larger-than-life live entertainment feeling and the piped in audience sounds made the dull hum of the Performance Center feel like a distant memory.
However, it hasn't been entirely smooth-sailing for WWE as the set-up has lent itself to a number of noticeable issues. From the occasional virtual audience member making reference to something the company would prefer they wouldn't, to the piped in cheers and boos coming in late, missing their cues entirely or just generally failing to gel with what's actually happening in the ring, the ThunderDome's teething problems have been piling up.
It's not a major issue but it could be a consistent one if the-powers-that-be don't manage to work out the kinks - and those kinks always feel that little bit more immortalised when they show up on PPV.
