If you've followed this monthly piece, you'll know that this writer has an issue with how little WWE has been giving the Raw Women's Champion. Asuka hasn't been treated fairly since she obtained the red brand's gold earlier this year - with playing second fiddle to the Sasha Banks/Bayley program and getting left off the card altogether being the biggest problems.

She's now set to take on SmackDown Women's Champion Sasha Banks at Survivor Series in what could truly be a show-stealer. The problem is the fact that Sasha has been booked incredibly well over the past few months while Asuka has not. And that could mean WWE is destined to continue overlooking the 'Empress of Tomorrow' by having her fall to the unstoppable Boss.

Your writer hasn't forgotten how Banks took the Raw Women's Title from Asuka earlier this year because the champ didn't matter as much as the story they were telling between 'The Boss' and Bayley. Yes, she promptly won it back but not before suffering a few more unnecessary missteps along the way.

The lack of care when it comes to Asuka has been clear for sometime now, so you can see why it's a little concerning that she's about to face off with someone they clearly do care about - someone they care about so much that she stole the title from Asuka a number of months back.
