10 Big Concerns Heading Into WWE WrestleMania 37

9. A Bland Show Opener

There was a time when the least exciting match on the card was a likely contender for the opening slot of the evening. Things have since changed and that slot is usually reserved for an upper midcard match guaranteed to thrill or one of the actual main event matches so that the show can start off on a high.

With all of that in mind, it's absolutely imperative that the show doesn't open with the Tag Team Turmoil match. Literally, anything but that. The women's tag team division hasn't been treated with the respect that it deserves, so you can bet the WWE Universe is even less excited about which team of random alliances is going to obtain a title shot in Night 2.

Moreover, let's not open it with Bad Bunny and Damian Priest vs. The Miz and John Morrison either. We don't need a celebrity-focused contest (in which the former tag team champion wrestlers are inevitably going to lose) to set the tone for the evening.

It's WrestleMania, so we can't be opening with an afterthought (and unfortunately you could argue there are plenty of those on the card), a comedy match or anything underwhelming.

The event needs to start strong.
