Within his first year on Raw, expect a big name to put Sami Zayn over. He's someone who is well respected amongst his peers and management. Triple H is a mark for him, as is John Cena. So just like Kevin Owens' push after coming up from NXT, expect to see Zayn also getting a big victory in his formative run. Indeed, it could be Cena doing the job. He gave Zayn a lot of respect in their match last year, and perhaps a second Raw bout would lead to Cena putting Zayn over clean. It would establish the new babyface as a big deal. That's the whole point of hot prospects and veterans, they work together to transfer momentum. WWE could even consider matching Zayn in a feud with Brock Lesnar. It would stylistically work very well, just like CM Punk versus Brock Lesnar from 2013. The other likely bouts for Zayn would be against Dean Ambrose or Seth Rollins. He's going to get his share of big name matches, it isn't like they've brought him up just to pad the roster out.
