The long-term future of Balor Club will also play out along the same lines as The Shield - a face turn will come a year or so after their debut. Finn has already proven in NXT that he's effective in that role, and the cool heel aspect means that the audience will be looking forward to cheering the group when the time comes. The long-term future is also going to see more members join. Who will they be? Only time will tell, but it wouldn't be that shocking to see more New Japan talent making the jump. More former Bullet Club members could make the transitio and you should also expect established WWE stars to perhaps be added, as WWE just loves to put its own print on any success story. Can Finn gain enough momentum from leading the group to one day end up WWE Champion? Probably not. His age, small size, and weak mic skills will count against him, plus the competition is too fierce with the likes of Reigns and Rollins looking to dominate for the foreseeable future. But Finn and his Balor Club will (hopefully) find a great deal of success. As Dave Meltzer said, what could be the real defining aspect of this push, is the merchandise sales. There's going to be lots of money to be made on the commercial side of things and lots of critical acclaim on the match quality front.
