10 Big Problems AJ Styles Must Overcome In WWE

6. WWE In-Ring Style

AJ Styles is renowned for his ring style, which is an all encompassing thrill ride of professional wrestling. But that's not what WWE do. This company is about "sports entertainment" with in-ring wrestling as secondary. Styles had experience of that before in TNA, but in the WWE he'll be even more restricted. TNA didn't really care for its wrestlers, crash and burn was fine. But with WWE, it is stricter, the style has to be a lot safer. Just take a look at Kevin Owens and how different he is from his ROH days. Sure, Owens adapted well to WWE, but it isn't always that way. After a decade in which Styles got used to his way of doing things, he is now going to have to tone his style right down. His freedom of expression is going to be a lot more limited, it isn't going to be the AJ Styles of New Japan Wrestling. Again, he could end up becoming just another guy.
