10 Big Problems WWE Faces After WrestleMania 32

2. Continued Frosty Response Towards Roman Reigns

There's simply no getting around it; WWE's fan base at large have rejected the idea that Roman Reigns will ever be the promotion's top babyface. That doesn't seem to have deterred those writing television, but they're repeatedly bashing their own heads against a brick wall. Many WWE fans just don't want to cheer the guy.

This is a major problem for the organisation after WrestleMania, because they will likely rely on Reigns to carry the mantle as the top babyface for at least another while. A heel turn could be forced at some point, but it doesn't appear to be forthcoming. Such a move would reinvigorate the character, which is in limbo currently. That's not promising, considering he may well be the WWE World Heavyweight Champion very soon.

WWE may just have to deal with the fact that most fans will jeer and boo whenever Reigns is booked strongly. He's been tarred with the 'pushed down throats' brush, and it might be too late to change that. What the promotion choose to do with him after 'Mania may not be popular, but it could well be interesting. They cannot continue to ignore the apathy any longer.
