8. Jax Is Back

For two consecutive weeks, Nia Jax has been absent from Raw - in fact, she was also one of the few pushed main roster talents who didn't have a role at SummerSlam. Some fans were wondering what, exactly, the future held for the dominant competitor.

Thankfully, Jax was back in action this week on Raw, taking on a Houston talent named Ion. Before the match, Andrea D'Marco conducted a horrendous interview with Ion, but the local star was determined to pick up a huge win. Nevertheless, Jax easily womanhandled her, finishing her off with what was basically an Attitude Adjustment.

One can argue that as long as there's a heel as the WWE Women's Champion, Jax can only go so high. That may be true, but presumably, Sasha Banks will regain the championship soon after her return. By the end of the year, we could witness a Banks-Jax feud, and that could be a very interesting program, indeed.
