10 Big WWE Returns That Could Happen In 2021

2. Brock Lesnar

Brock Lesnar is never far away from WWE, such is the power of the almighty dollar. The Beast Incarnate is clearly one of the wealthiest wrestlers on the planet today and probably doesn't need any more paydays, but who in their right mind would turn down seven figures for five minutes work? What's more, those minutes are usually spent throwing people around. Brock Lesnar has the greatest job on the planet.

Things have been fairly quiet on the Lesnar/WWE front in 2020, and Brock hasn't been seen since his humbling defeat to Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 36. A five-minute loss in an empty arena isn't exactly the way anyone expects Brock's career to end, and only a fool would bet against him returning to the squared circle in 2021.

A rematch with Drew is the obvious starting point, and matches with The Fiend, Keith Lee, Lashley and others will surely follow. Brock Lesnar doesn't need to return to WWE in 2021 but he also has no great reason not to. If the offer is right, another reign as the mayor of Suplex City is almost certain.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
