1. Jeff Jarrett And His Marriage

Too often, wrestling storylines have a way of working themselves into reality and placing performers in situations that ruin real-life relationships all due to a wrestling angle. Usually, it's a bad idea to get your significant other involved in the wrestling business, mostly due to the fact that wrestlers are usually prone to not caring whether an attractive female is married or not. In Kurt Angle's case, the man who ended up shacking up with his wife also happened to be his boss. In 2008, Karen Angle filed for divorce from her husband. This is obviously not unusual but things took a twist when it was reported that Karen was romantically linked to Jeff Jarrett in 2009. Dixie Carter placed Jarrett on leave due to " a personal situation that affected the company and it put all of us in a very difficult position." Obviously, Kurt was having some issues with his ex-wife taking up with a fellow wrestler and someone who happened to be Angle's boss. Things took a turn for the worse when the situation was turned into a wrestling storyline where Jarrett and Karen flaunted their new relationship and declared themselves a power couple. Angle angrily tweeted: "The 'Jarrett' segments on TNA Impact were appalling. It made me look like a dead beat Dad which I am not (I can assure you). And it made Karen and Jeff look like the perfect American Family. MY kids were calling Jeff 'Daddy Jeff'. While recent reports suggest that Angle has moved on (rumors say that he's considering joining Jarrett's new wrestling promotion), Angle's personal life bled on to the screen and effected an entire wrestling territory.
