8. Leon Ruff’s Twisting Diamond Cutter
The 'Eliminator Gauntlet' to establish a new contender for Johnny Gargano's North American Title was full of cool high spots. One of the best came when only Leon Ruff and Isaiah 'Swerve' Scott were involved in the match, and it's worth checking out if you happened to skim through until Bronson Reed joined in.
Ruff hit a beautiful twisting Diamond Cutter/RKO off the announce desk on Scott. It was so good that Wade Barrett almost leapt out of his seat whilst gushing about Ruff's athleticism. Meanwhile, attention turned to Swerve, because his face cracked off the ringside mats.
What a move this was.
Leon was horizontal in mid-air before pulling Isaiah's head towards the floor. WWE's official photo gallery for the match captured a glorious shot of Ruff executing this one. It's worth pointing out that he took quite the bump delivering the move, and probs hit harder on the mats than Scott did.
