10 Biggest Matches WWE Can Book In 2018

5. The Shield Vs Finn Bálor, Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows

Finn Bálor has apparently lost a penciled in Royal Rumble clash with Brock Lesnar because he's 'not over' enough. The damning claim from Vince McMahon himself was in response to decreasing reactions for the 'Demon King' since his post-WrestleMania return in which he's not once been booked as the convincing face-kicker he spent nearly two years portraying in NXT.

Meanwhile, his Bullet Club brethren might not even make the Royal Rumble match, let alone the card. Similarly from the night after the 'Show Of Shows', Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson have been on a dispiriting descent only briefly halted by starring roles in cult in-house favourite Southpaw Regional Wrestling.

The time to pool their ailing resources is now. Right now, in fact. There's never been as healthy a time for a trio to knock out some blinding matches in order to rebuild a reputation with the Chairman. Whilst The Shield are still sporting matching shirts, this match needs to be an early front-runner for 2018 match of the year. When it's gone, it's gone.
