10 Biggest Mysteries Still Surrounding WWE WrestleMania 38

9. Will There REALLY Be No Secondary Title Matches?

As it stands, neither the Intercontinental Championship nor the United States Championship are to be defended at WrestleMania 38.

Not just are Finn Balor and Ricochet two of the most talented in-ring workers in WWE, but this year's Showcase of the Immortals is over two days, the main show will cumulatively run approximately nine hours, there are currently 14 advertised matches, plus each night of 'Mania 38 is expected to have its own two-hour kick-off show.

Despite all of that, there is apparently no room for either of WWE's secondary titles this coming weekend.

For Ricochet, he's scheduled to defend the IC Title in triple threat action against Angel and Humberto of Los Lotharios on the SmackDown before WrestleMania 38. Even worse for US Champ Finn Balor, he's been dumped in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal that's set for that same SmackDown.

In the case of Balor, there's a natural one-on-one 'Mania contest against Damian Priest right there. Likewise, there are so many stars who Ricochet could have a great IC Title singles match against, or even have the One and Only head-up a fan-pleasing car crash ladder match for his prize.

It seems insane that WWE hasn't even got space for Balor or Ricochet on one of the WrestleMania kick-off shows, let alone the main show itself.
