10 Biggest "Out Of Left Field" WWE Booking Decisions

9. Heyman, McMahon & Bischoff In The Same Ring At The Same Time (2005)

May 26, 2005. For the first time, the three most influential men in modern wrestling history stood in the same ring for a promo designed to reintroduce Extreme Championship Wrestling to the masses as the inaugural One Night Stand approached. It was a moment that was completely unexpected, a historical summit that should have been advertised ahead of time to draw in fans that had not watched wrestling since the glory days of WWE, WCW and ECW and the Monday Night War. Heyman unleashed on his peers, cutting one of his greatest, most impassioned and scathing promos to date. He defended his brainchild's place in history and the men that broke their bodies contributing to it and threw some shade at his competitors. It was brilliant and beautiful, brutal and venomous. It was history in the making, something never seen before. It likely won't be seen again. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pPQnffjwNd8 Unfortunately, if you were not watching the show that night, you had no idea that the segment would happen.
