'Taker's gimmick may have limited what he could do early on his career, but to say that it prevented him from being involved in some high-profile feuds simply wouldn't be true.

Being a heel gifted 'The Man From The Dark Side' with some huge programs in the early days as he battled the likes of Hulk Hogan and the Ultimate Warrior, before his face turn also brought him the likes of Kamala, Yokozuna and Bret Hart. Moreover, when he evolved, he got guys like Mankind, Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock. And yet, at the Showcase of the Immortals, the young 'Taker didn't always score those high profile opponents.

Aside from one or two matches, why wasn't their once-in-a-lifetime superstar involved in anything high-profile at WrestleMania for nearly a decade?

Considering how larger-than-life The Undertaker ended up becoming at WrestleMania, you can rest assured that 'The Phenom' would have liked the Streak to have a more memorable first decade. In fact, that's exactly how he felt and that brings us nicely to the next point...
