Steve Austin and Brian Pillman really weren't together as a team all that long. At first, neither wanted to be part of a duo, but they'd grow to develop excellent chemistry and hate the fact that WCW management then wanted to split them. In Austin's words (via his popular podcast), he and Pillman were just finding their mojo fully when the office decided to split them.

Dubbed The Hollywood Blonds, the pair weren't the first to use that name. In fact, following research, they were the fourth unit to go by that moniker. In the modern era, they're also the most memorable to do so. It's a shame they only lasted around 10 months together.

Formed in January, 1993, the Blonds were split by October. Quickly, Austin and Pillman set themselves apart with blonde hair and matching outfits.

Naturally, both would go on to wrestle in the WWF, but it was Austin who made the biggest splash. It's also a shame that the likes of The Steiner Brothers were out of WCW at the time when the Blonds were around, because they could have had some awesome matches.
