10 Biggest Wasted Talents On The WWE Roster In 2017
6. Brian Kendrick
After a number of years in the wrestling wilderness, Brian Kendrick's inclusion in the WWE Cruiserweight Classic added a touch of familiarity for fans, while also providing Kendrick himself with a huge opportunity.
What should have been a career renaissance for the 'Wizard of Odd' initially seemed to be just that. His quarterfinal match with Kota Ibushi was a highlight of the tournament and his performance overall earned him a spot in the WWE's revamped Cruiserweight Division.
Kendrick went on to win the revived Cruiserweight Championship, however, he lost it just one month later. Since then, Kendrick has become a staple of the 205 Live programme. Sadly, the show itself has struggled ever since it debuted and his presence on the show has left him with little acclaim from the masses, despite respectable performances.
Were WWE to revive his personality of 2008, Kendrick would be a great addition to either Raw of SmackDown and really freshen up the main event or IC/US Title picture. Placing him with a much larger "enforcer" character, the likes of a Big Cass, Luke Harper or even a heel Rhyno, would make him an itriguing, yet dangeous, force to reckoned with.
