6. Loser: Luke Harper

As with Sami Zayn, Luke Harper was badly harmed by the Andre the Giant Battle Royal fiasco. A key player (and arguably the most interesting wildcard on SmackDown Live) in the Bray Wyatt/Randy Orton feud, his stock seems to have plummeted since losing to Orton at Elimination Chamber.

For bolstering SmackDown Live’s upper mid-card/main event scene and putting on some great matches with the likes of AJ Styles, Randy Orton, and Bray Wyatt, Harper was rewarded with an elimination from the battle royal. But not just any elimination - he was kicked out by Titus O’Neil of all people. Titus has been languishing on RAW for years now, so it’s baffling that WWE thought he should be the one to eliminate Harper, a superstar with the potential to do great things over on SmackDown Live.

At least Sami was eliminated by the monstrous Killian Dain, and Strowman was spared embarrassment by having half of the match’s participants dunk him out. This was just sad for Harper, and only begun the night’s theme of Wyatt Family tragedy.
