How many times do the fans and competitors of World Championship Wrestling have to be reminded that WWE won the so-called Monday Night Wars, put their company out of business and buried most of its talent? The answer, according to WWE brass, is "never enough." Sunday night, a WWE mainstay beat a WCW franchise player as Triple H defeated Sting, further hammering home the idea that everything owned by Vince McMahon is superior to everything that ever came out of Atlanta. Even Hulk Hogan, Kevin Nash and Scott Hall, three Hall of Famers, could not overcome career midcarders such as the New Age Outlaws and X-Pac, who took them out at ringside, then aided The Game in defeating the Icon. JBL reminded fans, repeatedly, that WWE had won again and all was right with the world. At least in the mind of Vince McMahon, who is ignorant of everything beyond his company's doors.
