WWE heavily promoted an appearance by Bill Clinton at WrestleMania 10 in New York City. People were confused about it because there was no way that a current United States President was going to be at the show, but there he was. Well, not really. It was actually a Clinton impersonator named Timothy Watters. He was shown on the broadcast three times during WrestleMania 10. At one point, Todd Pettengill talked to impostor Bill Clinton. He said hed work things out with Irwin R. Schyster, who was seated along with him. The crowd reacted more to IRS speaking than it did for fake Clinton. Irwin congratulated Clinton for raising the taxes. Then they showed him with Ted Dibiase as well. Vince McMahon is a known Republican and Clinton is a Democrat, so this was probably Vince's way of taking some inside shots at him.
