Stephanie McMahon had a rough time of it with weddings in 1999. Shortly after debuting as an on-screen character, she was abducted by The Undertaker who almost married her in the infamous 'Dark Wedding' before she was rescued by Steve Austin. After that ordeal, Steph began a genuine relationship with hot prospect Test. The big man had to beat Steph's brother Shane in a 'Love Her Or Leave Here' street fight at SummerSlam before they could continue their courtship. The match was, rather miraculously, one of the best of the year. The Steph and Test wedding was set to take place on Raw but, before the two could say their 'I dos', Triple H turned up and played a video which showed him and a 'drugged' Stephanie getting married at a Las Vegas drive-thru. It was, as it often is in wrestling, a set-up all along as Trips and Steph were actually in cahoots. If Test looks genuinely miffed during the sabotage it's probably because he saw how his career would go over the next three four years.
