There wasn't much to celebrate about WWE's botched version of the ECW/WCW invasion storyline in 2001 at the time but, looking back, there were actually more memorable moments than you remember. Like this one, Kurt Angle's 'Milkomania'. The night after beating Kurt Angle by disqualification in a bloody and unforgettable match at SummerSlam, Steve Austin decided to celebrate by holding a ceremony in his honour. Flanker by the sycophantic members of the Alliance, Austin talked about how great he was and how it was a team effort and then berated Tazz for not wearing a Stone Cold t-shirt. It was great stuff from the ultra-charistmatic Austin. Spoling the fun was Kurt Angle, who drove into the arena on a milk truck. He proceeded to launch milk cartons off the wrestlers in the ring before turning on a milk hose and dousing the entire Alliance. Austin was just doing something that Austin seemed to do every other week during the Attitude Era but with his own twist on it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OBLkIWeqFKI The sight of a drenched-with-milk Austin glaring at Angle as he cracked open a couple of cold cartons of milk was priceless.
