10 Biggest WWE Changes Since WrestleMania 31

8. The New Day

If ever a wrestler given a terrible gimmick or placed in a dead-end stable should need an example of a team making the best of a bad situation, that example should be The New Day. Further than being an example, the success of The New Day following WrestleMania 31 acts as proof that WWE's main roster stars should be given more creative input regarding their characters, rather than WWE pulling a random gimmick out of a hat and slapping it on whoever isn't doing much at the time. Put together as a positive, borderline racist soul group (thanks, Vince), Kofi Kingston, Big E and Xavier Woods have gone from being unceremoniously booed and universally disliked to becoming one of the most quirky and unique stables WWE has ever seen. Still adopting the 'power of positivity' theme, The New Day members slowly made their own adjustments to the gimmick and pulled a diamond from a giant lump of coal. Of course, you can be sure that Vince McMahon will still take credit for the team's success.

Overly-opinionated Australian WWE smark who is definitely not #booty. Slowly angering the IWC one article at a time. We will probably strongly dislike each other - let's be friends! @MattKMarsden
