8. Flip-Flopping Nia Jax

Getting the skill-deficient Nia Jax over has always been tough. Her flat microphone work, frequent botches, and subpar ring skills mean she sticks out from the likes of Sasha Banks and Bayley in the worst possible way. Still, it seemed like WWE were onto something with Nia's anti-bully crusade ahead of WrestleMania 34. For the first time, her character had a relatable cause for the audience to latch onto, and it meshed well with Nia's overbearing feud partner, Alexa Bliss.

In making Jax a sympathetic character, the result was a satisfying 'Mania payoff. Unfortunately, WWE would undo this in her very next program. Nia turned heel during her feud with Ronda Rousey, and became the bully herself in a squash match that saw her toy with an enhancement talent like a cat with a ball of wool. It was a complete U-turn, but the company did it again at Money In The Bank, using Bliss' surprise cash-in to turn Nia face.

Now found buddying-up with Natalya (who she was trying to destroy a few weeks ago), Nia Jax has been booked into oblivion. Nothing about her character makes sense anymore.
