10. Booker T
Perhaps the biggest star of the WCW's late period, and the most successful name to transition between companies during the Invasion angle, Booker T seemed destined to compete in a WrestleMania main event at some point or another. Unfortunately, despite possessing obvious athleticism and charisma, Booker never had his 'Mania moment. This could be put down to circumstance. He entered the company during a time in which the roster was boasting a ridiculous amount of big names, and had no time to rise to the top before the incoming new generation of Lesnar, Cena, Batista and co. were taking over the airwaves.
Most Likely Opponent: The Rock. The pair put on one of the more tolerable feuds of the Invasion, a rivalry based around their perceived similarities and Booker's obsession with proving he was every bit as good as the Brahma Bull.
