10 Biggest WWE Superstars Never To Headline WrestleMania
9. Jeff Hardy
Jeff spent most of his time with the WWE as one half of the popular Hardy Boyz, before branching out into a fairly successful singles run including a few midcard title reigns. He never seemed destined for stardom, however, until suddenly catching fire after his return from a stint with TNA in the mid-2000s. Out of nowhere, Jeff was the hottest commodity on the Smackdown brand, proving especially popular with women and children - an alternative answer to John Cena. He was never able to capitalise on this with a huge WrestleMania moment, however, his career falling victim to personal demons despite an amazing feud with CM Punk. Most Likely Opponent: Triple H. The pair shared a fair amount of interaction during Hardy's rise to prominence, the two babyfaces offering one another a wary respect. The Game is no stranger to putting younger stars over at 'Mania - just ask Batista and John Cena.
