10 Biggest WWE WrestleMania Letdowns

10. CM Punk Vs. Rey Mysterio (WrestleMania XXVI)

Nobody needs to tell CM Punk just how hollow an experience WrestleMania can be when WWE's writers forget all about you.

Though Punk faced some big-name opponents at 'Mania, including the likes of Randy Orton, Chris Jericho and The Undertaker, he'd never get to live out his dream of headlining the show. Fans who watched all of Punk's moments at WrestleMania might wonder where Rey Mysterio's name is.

He's absent for a reason.

It wasn't Punk or Rey's fault that their 'Mania XXVI match sucked. They'd had some decent build before the show, and Mysterio even eliminated Punk from the Elimination Chamber before being challenged by the "Straight Edge Saviour". Lose, and Rey would have to join the Straight Edge Society. It was a tasty situation.

WWE let both men (and the fans) down by giving them just six minutes to work with at XXVI. Armed with hardly enough time to work in a heat section to their match let alone tell their story, Punk and Mysterio must have been disappointed.
