Anyone who sat through the excruciating demise of Bray Wyatt's character from 2016-18 would never have thought that the once truly distinctive performer could ever rediscover his once widespread popularity.

Yet, that same dude who once dressed up as 'Sister Abigail' to get inside Finn Bálor's head, now finds himself at the top of WWE's merchandise charts.

After a year filled with tremendously sinister Firefly Fun House segments and seeing a children's TV host try desperately to resist letting 'The Fiend' in, fans have responded in the only language Vince McMahon seems to understand - money.

With his gear and masks selling like hot cakes - as expected - WWE opted to up the ante by introducing the horrifically brilliant 'Fiend' Universal Championship on one of Wyatt's beloved episodes.

Wyatt tried to justify this inception as 'The Fiend' wanting his own version of the world title, but it quickly became apparent that this was nothing more than a ploy to get a shiny new belt on the market just in time for Christmas.

If you've got $6,499.99 burning a hole in your pocket and you want to seriously mess up anyone outside of the WWE bubble, then this belt is definitely for you.

For now though, this blatant attempt to capitalise on the burgeoning popularity of one of the most creative personalities in wrestling, will stand as a reminder of just what lengths WWE will go to in order to make a profit off of the creativity of others.
