WWE will be working hard to put together a fitting headline match for WrestleMania 33 and there would be none bigger than The Undertaker finally facing John Cena at the big show.

Rumoured for years, some reports suggested it was planned for last year's Mania but was nixed by Cena's injury. 2017 is surely the year to finally make this dream match happen. 'The Deadman' will be 52-years-old by the time this Mania rolls around and he surely can't keep going in the ring for much longer. Taker putting his career on the line against the biggest WWE star of the modern era - and losing - would be a fitting swansong for the wrestling legend.

The build to the match would also give fans the chance to finally see Cena turn heel; even if he only did a subtle character switch and changed right back after Mania. After all, nobody would be cheering Cena over Taker with a retirement stipulation on the line. And, if Cena did beat Taker in his last match, he could go on to have a cracking run for the next year as a bad guy if he so desired, before winding down himself.
