10 Booking Decisions WWE Should Make Before WrestleMania 39
6. AJ Styles Builds His Club
The Judgment Day managed to turn their fortunes around after the group was not initially received well by the WWE audience. Under Vince McMahon's penmanship, the stable members were acting far too sinister and spooky, particularly Edge, whose rambling, nonsensical promos were rightfully ridiculed, leading to his exit from the group.
Under Finn Balor, the group has found itself as an annoying heel unit, with Dominik Mysterio joining Damian Priest and his 'Papi' Rhea Ripley to complete the quartet. Adding the veteran AJ Styles to the group seemed to be on the cards but the surprise return of the 'Good Brothers' Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows has reunited WWE's version of the Bullet Club
Finn is now directly feuding with some of the men he served in the legendary faction alongside, which would invite fans to think about his allegiances once again. In the meantime, Styles should look towards expanding the OC further to even out the numbers with Judgment Day. Any babyface could align with the trio and get over by association with them, but the best shout would be for WWE to try and sign more Bullet Club members from New Japan (if they can).
The potential for a Jay White, Juice Robinson, or Chris Bey in WWE would also show how the wrestling landscape has changed since Vince left his position in June.
