An early March episode of Smackdown will play host to the WWE TV debut of Kenny Omega, who will be part of a much-hyped contract signing with AJ Styles. "The Cleaner" will come out for the show's main-event segment in full regalia, bringing the exact same package that made him a New Japan star to WWE.
Styles will speak first, talking about how he and Omega were part of "The Club" in Japan and he was happy for all "The Cleaner" accomplished after he left. He doesn't understand why they couldn't be friends dominating the wrestling world together, but by attacking him, Omega made the worst enemy of his life. Styles will then sign the papers.
Omega will retaliate by saying that they were never friends - Omega was his underling, and as long as the hierarchy wasn't disturbed, Styles was happy. "The Cleaner" was glad when Styles finally left and he could step into the spotlight, but then he had to put up with people saying that "The Phenomenal One" was the best in the world, even though Omega was routinely outclassing him. He came to teach Styles a lesson - that the world was a lot larger than just WWE, and he's the absolute best.
With that, Omega will sign the contract, and the match will be made for WrestleMania.
