For the second straight PPV, The Rock should appear following the end of Roman Reigns' main event victory, appearing at the end of a war after Roman successfully defends the Universal Championship against a beloved star. Roman has caused significant punishment but is tired, bloody and desperate to get back to his locker room. When The Rock's music plays, Roman's face should be infuriated, his entire body should seize up with rage.
The Rock cuts a promo about respect and family, talking about how much it hurt him when the younger cousin that he gave everything to support back in 2015 didn't want to show him any love. He brings up what he mentioned on Smackdown, the horrors that can come when a man like The Rock gets disrespected, and then Brock Lesnar's theme music starts playing to a massive roar.
Lesnar has been away for so long that pops are guaranteed to be massive when he returns, so it makes sense to temporarily link him with The Rock.
