10 Booking Steps For WWE Monday Night Raw

10. Kevin Owens Actually Clears Up Why He's After Ryback (Intercontinental Title)

As of late, Kevin Owens has been targetting Ryback in WWE. There hasn't been much explanation as to why, and that's something that needs to change if management want fans to get invested in the feud. It seems obvious that Owens is after the Intercontinental Title, but WWE seem to feel there needs to be more for fans to sink their teeth into. There doesn't, the belt should be motivation enough. It makes sense that a ruthlessly ambitious wrestler like Kevin Owens would want to be Intercontinental Champion. Some of the best stars in company history have held the title, which is something 'KO' should be crowing about. Instead, it looks like creative are going to shunt some ill-needed personal grudge into proceedings. Namely, Owens is after Ryback because he's jealous of his physique. This past week on Raw, Owens interrupted Ryback's interview time. Chewing an apple, the guy seemed to labour more on his rival's 'Feed Me More' catchphrase than anything else. That's not necessary. On the next episode of Raw, Owens should reveal that he's only after one thing, the Intercontinental Title, to prove to everybody who the real deal is. The personal side of things may only once again serve to make the belt look unimportant.
