9. Sheamus Needs To Be Booked Strongly After Orton Loss
In the 'rubber' match between both men, Sheamus came out on the losing end against Randy Orton on Monday Night Raw. Sadly, the bout once again failed to really interest the live crowd. People popped for the big spots and for the ending, but they were generally quiet throughout. A slower, more deliberate pace has been a hallmark of the Orton vs. Sheamus matches, and it doesn't appeal to everybody. The big Irishman is the current holder of the 'Money In The Bank' briefcase. This means he's imminently about to be entered into the WWE World Heavyweight Title picture. Keeping Randy Orton strong is understandable, especially if he's going to be part of the Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose vs. The Wyatt Family story. On the other side of the thought process, what about Sheamus? Right now, keeping Sheamus strong in the eyes of the fans should be a WWE priority. Therefore, this coming week on Raw, the guy desperately needs to be made to look dominant. There are hints of comedy plaguing his routine right now, due to the whole, 'you look stupid' chants from crowds. At least he's getting a reaction, but he'll lose momentum if he doesn't keep winning. A victory on Raw next week is a must, regardless of who it's against.
