10 Booking Steps For WWE Raw (Feb 29)

2. Triple H Defeats Injured Dean Ambrose

Last week on Raw, Dean Ambrose was on the receiving end of an absolute thrashing by Brock Lesnar. Valiantly, he was booked to return to the arena in an ambulance and attempt to gain some measure of revenge. That didn't pan out well for the 'Lunatic Fringe', Lesnar once again picked him apart. This led to the challenge from Ambrose to Brock for WrestleMania. It's been a week since Dean was beaten up, but he should still be selling it come the next episode. That would only put over the dangerous position he's putting himself in by agreeing to a 'No Holds Barred' stipulation against 'The Beast'. Come Raw, Triple H could state that he's willing to give the fans a real treat. That treat would come in the form of seeing the WWE Champion compete in the match. People really like Dean Ambrose, so they'd be more likely to give Triple H some heel heat if he callously booked himself to beat the babyface. WWE must rectify what happened last week, 'The Game' should not be getting cheered for beating down his rivals. This would tick off fans who believe Ambrose should be where Reigns is, but Dean would also have an excuse for the loss. Later, the writing team could also book him to chastise Roman for missing the show when he received a similar kicking.
