10 Booking Steps For WWE Raw (Feb 8)

10. Kevin Owens And Alberto Del Rio Defeat Dolph Ziggler And Kalisto

On last week's edition of Monday Night Raw, Dolph Ziggler overturned Kevin Owens in a cracking contest. Then on Smackdown, Owens battered both Ziggler and Kalisto after the latter was assisted in a victory over KO by the 'Show Off'. It seems like Owens is being kept busy whilst Dean Ambrose is involved in the WWE Title scene, and there are surely worse choices than Ziggler. The involvement of Kalisto on Smackdown hints at a possible tag-team match for Raw. At Fastlane, Alberto Del Rio will gun for the WWE United States Title again, facing the masked man one-on-one in a rematch. Fans are split on this, because the pair have clashed numerous times over the past while. On Raw, Del Rio could give people a reason to be interested, cruelly beating on Kalisto. Owens and Del Rio would be excellent together, despite not being regular partners. Similarly, Ziggler and Kalisto could bump around admirably for their rivals. Such a tag bout kills the proverbial two birds with one stone, allowing two different feuds to merge into one exciting contest. If nothing else, it'd be sure to be a hot opener.
