9. Dolph Ziggler Challenges Kevin Owens For Fastlane

Following a spell helplessly watching as Kalisto was pinned by Alberto Del Rio in tag action, Dolph Ziggler could aim to take out his frustrations on Kevin Owens. Ideally, Owens would be the one stopping Ziggler from breaking up Del Rio's cross arm-breaking submission hold on his one-off partner. After the match, Dolph could challenge Owens to a battle at the upcoming Fastlane show. There will be fans wondering what this would bring to the pay-per-view, given that it's a relatively new rivalry that only exists because Dean Ambrose is busy. That's just it, Ziggler could attempt to goad Owens into the idea that the winner would be the new top contender for the WWE Intercontinental Title. Straight away, this gives the match some meaning, ensuring that it's not just a throwaway contest. Better yet, it also keeps Dean Ambrose on his toes. At Fastlane, he could acknowledge that he has a keen eye on the Ziggler vs. Owens match, further putting it over. Should he lose in the main event Triple Threat (which surely looks likely), he can then refocus on the winner of the Dolph vs. KO showdown. Ziggler and Owens work extremely well together, that's for sure.
