It'd be refreshing to see the WWE Tag-Team Titles be defended in the main event slot on Monday Night Raw. Ending the show with another Dean Ambrose beating wouldn't feel right, there would be an overwhelming sense of repetition. An exciting match is a much better idea, and WWE have already hyped up the idea of presenting AJ Styles and Chris Jericho vs. The New Day. Previously, 'Y2AJ' (as they are calling themselves) vanquished New Day last time out on Raw. On Smackdown, AJ Styles also defeated Kofi Kingston in singles action. There was a curious caveat to that match, Chris Jericho was said to be on promotional duty, meaning he was conspicuous by his absence around ringside. Even so, Styles picked up the win. Momentum is clearly on the side of AJ and Jericho, but it'd be quite the surprise if they managed to win the tag titles. The New Day should be allowed to hold those belts until after WrestleMania, at least. It looks like they are set for a bout opposite the League Of Nations, which would become meaningless without the belts being on the line.
