Breaking up the melee, Stephanie McMahon could tell everyone to stop and show some discipline. As she screeched to try and restore some kind of order, her brother Shane would come out with a smile on his face. Steph would be happy to see him, looking for backup to enforce authority on her show.

Instead, Shane would smirk and put his finger to his lips, encouraging his sister to be quiet. Then, he'd cup his ear and tell her to listen to the fans going wild for the brawl in the ring. Taking the microphone, he'd announce that it was time to start giving people what they wanted on Monday Night Raw.

Therefore, at Extreme Rules, The Miz will defend the WWE Intercontinental Title against Sami Zayn, Cesaro and Kevin Owens. It won't be a Fatal 4-Way, it'll be a tag-team match. These men better learn to work together, because it'll be a rematch from tonight, only the defeated man will lose the bout for his team mate too.

That would force The Miz and Kevin Owens to work together, and the same for Cesaro and Sami Zayn. Naturally, Miz would want to be the one to get the win, meaning he defended the title.

Stephanie would not be happy that her brother undermined her power.
