10 Booking Steps For WWE Raw (Sept 12)

7. Nia Jax Beats Alicia Fox Brutally

It's pretty clear that Nia Jax is heading for a showdown with Alicia Fox in the next few weeks. This is a good idea; WWE had to move Jax on from squashing jobbers eventually, and Fox is acting like an entry-level opponent into the Raw Women's Title scene for Nia.

Standing up to Jax, Alicia was the first one to show some fire against the NXT newcomer. That can't go unpunished, and Nia has to make an example out of Fox, making it crystal clear that she intended to do so all along. In fact, she let her opponent think she had the upper hand, forcing her to storm off last week.

Booking things this way adds a vindictive and dangerous element to Nia's character. It's been fine to have her mow through everyone over the past few months, but it's time to develop her persona further and give people a reason to be fearful of her.

Not only is she physically dominant, she's cerebral too, and has no time for b*tchy behaviour. A character like that is rare in WWE's women's division, so it's time we got one.
