5. The Club Open Recruitment Talks With Some Of The Roster
Johnny Gargano and Tomasso Ciampa worked well as a tag-team on NXT programming, and there's no reason to suspect they won't be able to continue that magic on the main roster. Of course, both guys are listed amongst the fledgling Cruiserweight division ranks, meaning they will logically be in the mix for the WWE Cruiserweight Title at some point.
Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson will be in limbo following their match against The New Day at Clash Of Champions, so there are certainly worse ideas than starting up something between the established team and the newcomers. Right out of the starting blocks, Gargano and Ciampa would have something to sink their teeth into.
Coming out to address their future, Gallows and Anderson say they are openly looking to recruit new members into The Club. Specifically, they like the look of Gargano and Ciampa, so they're inviting the team out to prove themselves.
That's when Gallows and Anderson cream one of Raw's newest duos, showing the whole thing to be a fraud. Right away, Gargano and Ciampa are cast as babyfaces, and they have a rivalry to work with.
