10 Booking Steps For WWE SmackDown

Yeah, speaking of which...

WWE historically struggle to book women into any sort of feud that isn't over A) a nice big shiny title or B) some sort of drama involving a man. Case in point, Monday Night Raw tends to be dragged between Becky and Sasha for the belt, or something involving Maria Kanellis' vagina. Lacey Evans vs. Natalya isn't to everyone's liking, but it is at least a sporting contest between two women presented as athletes.

Having lost the Women's Tag Team titles, SmackDown doesn't have an obvious path to go down here, but it does have the talent to do so. Sane and Asuka have been absent lately but would excel in a feud with the IIconics. Meanwhile, Ember Moon (just beaten as part of that Evans/Natalya feud) is crying out for reinvention.

Sonya and Mandy are both good candidates for a singles push, and Liv Morgan's eventual return should finally provide something for her to do. Either way, get a second women's segment on the show, and make it meaningful.
