9. Reigns Enlists Ambrose's Help Ahead Of Payback

Despite going their separate ways, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose still see each other as brothers and have acknowledged each other as such. At one point, Ambrose's entire existence seemed committed to making Seth Rollins' life hell and preventing him from cashing in his Money In The Bank contract. Now that that's proven futile, Reigns need to enlist his 'brother''s help, and asks that he provide a bit of support at a Payback title match, should anything fishy occur. During the match, Ambrose is ringside, but he gets cornered and taken out by Seth's cronies in The Authority. The ringside fracas is enough to distract the referee, who is too busy trying to control the chaos to notice Rollins hitting Reigns with the title belt before pinning him for the victory. As the champion and his cohorts scurry out to the back and celebrate another questionable victory, Ambrose staggers into the ring to tend to his friend, having been beaten up just much as Reigns himself. It's only when Reigns gets to his feet that he strikes Ambrose from out of nowhere, and begins a savage beat down that ends with a brutal spear to the gut for the Lunatic Fringe.
