10 Bridge Burners You Will Never See In WWE Again

8. Jim Cornette

Jim Cornette knows that there is no chance of his returning to WWE in any capacity, least of all the Hame of Fame (which, incidentally, is criminal).

His approach to wrestling is entirely incompatible with WWE's, which led to the dissolution of their relationship in the first place. WWE were as tired of Cornette's grumbling as he was of their meddling. The split was acrimonious.

Accordingly, he's never pulled any tennis racket shots when asked about his dealings with them subsequently. John Laurinaitis, at whom he has directed some spectacular shoot rants over the years, no longer holds much sway in WWE, but another repeat target of his ire, Kevin Dunn, has seen his stock rise exponentially in the meantime.

Not that this matters a jot to Cornette. Wishing that the "Bucky Beaver motherf*cker" would "just drop over and burst into f*cking flames", Cornette has effectively ensured, not that he cares, that his days of action adventure sports entertainment are long gone.

In particular, his admonishment of Triple H as "the guy who works with the guy who makes money" is likely the final nail in the coffin of his excommunication.
