Both Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley looked like they were having the best time as Judgment Day stablemates alongside the iconic Edge in early-2022. It wasn't lost on either wrestler that they were now mentioned in the same breath as one of the greatest ever. Then, as quickly as it started, WWE ended the experiment in June.

Bummer.

Finn Bálor, who had been warring with Judgment Day, was installed as the new leader. Edge was out, Bálor was in, then Dominik Mysterio joined up in September. Concerned glances came from all over the wrestling map; WWE had gone from Edge to Finn in quick time, then added a new member.

JD didn't get diluted like some nWo B-squad knock-off though, it got stronger. The faction has gone from strength-to-strength since, and expertly set the table for Rhea to win the women's Royal Rumble just last month. Who saw all this coming when Edge was ousted from the picture so suddenly?!
