For the first several weeks after winning the Money in the Bank ladder match, Sheamus seemed to treat his briefcase as an accessory, something he just carried to the ring. It got to a point where you had to wonder whether WWE regretted its decision to have the Celtic Warrior claim the briefcase and were trying to downplay it. But lately, Sheamus has been playing up the MITB briefcase and how he might cash it in on Seth Rollins at any given moment. Hes really turned things up since it was announced that Rollins would compete twice at Night of Champions. The implication there is that even if Rollins beats both John Cena and Sting, hell have wrestled twice and will be no match for a fresh Sheamus, who isnt on the card Sunday. Its a great wrinkle that WWE really should be using more often, and its a great question looming over the main event. Perhaps Sting somehow captures the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, and Sheamus cashes in to win, thus solving the problem of a 56-year-old champ. Or maybe Sheamus just teases a cash-in. Either way, this will be an interesting situation that could play out, and its a good reason to tune in Sunday night.
