10 Burning Questions For WWE Night Of Champions 2015

2. Is It Charlotte€™s Time?

WWE played bait-and-switch with the Divas Championship match on Raw, hyping a big match and delivering a middling affair that disappointed on multiple levels. At least it promised a rematch at Night of Champions, and that€™s when Charlotte will come through and end the Bellas€™ reign of terror, right? Let€™s say it this way: If Nikki Bella emerges from NOC with her title intact, then the Divas Revolution is officially dead with no chance of being resuscitated. WWE wanted to wipe AJ Lee from the record books, congratulations, you€™ve done it. Now get the title onto someone else. Let the Bellas chase for a while. Let the really talented women fight over the championship in actual title matches (not going 10 weeks between title defenses while bragging about how long you€™ve been champ). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MSzJRZKYx60 None of this says that Nikki can€™t be in the title picture and can€™t be part of a rebirth of the Divas division. But her continued holding of the title is not a heat-drawing tactic; it€™s a connection to an era that WWE purportedly wants to leave behind. If WWE truly wants to have a revolution in its Divas division, then it needs to rip off the bandage and move the hell forward.
