6. How Will The Latest Rookies Fare?
Last week, WWE successfully kicked off the careers of Kalisto and Neville, promoting both NXT stars to the main roster and letting them showcase their talents before scoring pinfalls. While a hot debut on the Raw After WrestleMania is huge, keeping up that momentum and following that performance up with another strong showing Monday is just as important if not, more so. As part of the Lucha Dragons, Kalisto got the pin in an eight-man tag match. Seeing the Dragons rekindle their NXT rivalry against the Ascension and dispatching the struggling duo would help set this team on the right course. At this stage, letting Kalisto fire off some highspots while the Lucha Dragons win a few matches is the right prescription. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B0QN0YAQYWk Neville can go on beating low-level wrestlers for a few weeks, but that will only work for so long. Hopefully he will start taking on tougher competitors and make an impact. If he continues to hit the Red Arrow and other foreign-to-WWE moves, that will bode well. Lets see who hes matched up against this week.
